Mindful Movement

Movement is literally essential to live.

But more importantly consistent, mindful movement is pivotal to THRIVE.

It is interesting how we have taken movement out of our everyday lives, swapping it for convince and comfort. Simple things like riding your bike to the coffee shop or walking up the stairs is no longer considered.

Now we are so sedentary that we have to go to a gym in order to reimplement movement. Am I the only one that thinks this is crazy!

I encourage you to find some type of movement which you enjoy: yoga, walking, dancing, swimming etc. and practice it every single day!

If we loose our health, we have nothing. Prioritize nourishing your health every single day. Prioritize YOU>
