Personal Training & Yoga

Madison has been exercising her entire life and is eager to share her expertise! Daily physical activity is essential for well-being. Let Madison meet you where you are, providing essential education and inspiration for you to embody strength and confidence!

Personal Training (45 minutes)

Each session will include…

  • Warm Up: activating the muscles, stabilizing the core, increasing the blood flow for optimal performance

  • Fitness: functional and dynamic movements inspired by daily life functions. Increasing strength, fine tuning coordination, increasing speed and reaction time, enhancing mobility

  • Cool Down: stretching the muscles utilized during the session to reinforce mobility and prevent soreness

Madison’s goal is to help you reach optimal functionality, reduce any limitations and prevent injuries.

Remember, aesthetic goals are reached naturally by committing to mindful and challenging movement on a consistent basis. For results, Madison recommends at least 2 Personal Training Sessions a week for 3 months. Kind reminder that in order to healthily reach your goals and maintain the progress, physical results may take 1-3 months to acquire. This promotes long-term success and living a healthy life, free of disease and injury.

Madison is experienced and well equipped to work with any injuries and limitations.

Madison is a passionate, certified Yoga Instructor with a focus in Meditation. These modalities have changed Madison’s life forever and she is determined to share their gifts with you! Yoga and Meditation physically, mentally and spirtually evolve any individual committed to change. Let Madison guide you through this journey of improving connection with your body, relaxing your mind, and inspiring your spirit!

Yoga Private (45 min)

Madison specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga.

She will guide you through a series of fluid movements, each paired with an inhale or exhale. Awareness and control of the breath is a powerful tool to release tension within the body and narrow the focus of the mind. Yoga will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, enhance your core and optimize your mobility and flexibility. You will finish class feeling accomplished, inspired and connected! Remember , anyone can do yoga. Everyone should do yoga.

All levels welcome! That means you.

Why Packages instead of Single Services?

There are many layers to transformation. Everything cannot be addressed and applied in a single session. The minimum amount of time required to develop new habits is 30 days. Education is not helpful without application. Application is not fruitful without consistency. Consistency is not success without overcoming. Madison strives for longevity and life changing results.

Personal Training & Yoga Privates are virtually offered via Zoom. In-person Consultations may be available upon request.
