Sports nutrition is an exciting field of nutrition that connects sports performance and recovery with functional nutrition. Certain foods have been shown to enhance sports performance, reduce recovery time, and reduce injury risk. From 2012 - 2016 Madison played Division I Beach Volleyball at Stetson University. As an elite athlete she grew to understand the pertinence of adequate nutrition for functionality, recovery and injury prevention. In the Spring of 2020 she interned at Duke University as a Sports Dietitian working closely with the Women's Basketball Team, the Men's Lacrosse Team and the Women's Swim Team.
Madison’s clientele includes but is not limited to Highschool, Collegiate and Professional Athletes around the world.
