Nutrition

Madison originally aspired to become a Physicians Assistant (PA). She soon realized this was not her true path. While volunteering along side exceptional Medical Doctors (MDs) and PAs, she felt that critical components of health and healing were missing such as nutrition and exercise. It became vividly clear as she sat next to a MD, who prescribed blood pressure medication to an adolescent, newly diagnosed with Type II Diabetes as if this was his only option. Devastated she decided to pivot. She still longed to become a health professional, but one that provided a holistic, comprehensive approach. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) she could not only help prevent disease, but guide individuals towards optimal living and functioning. We all desire to uncover our fullest potential. Madison will help you get there!

Nourishment is an opportunity to love your body every single day. We all have to eat… so why not take advantage of this opportunity to nourish, heal and optimize the way you look, feel and function! It does not have to be complex. In fact, any little change in the right direction is progress. The little choices we make every single day, add up to an extraordinary life.

You absolutely are are what you eat!

Your cells and organs are made up of the nutrients you consume.

Our bodies are designed to eat whole foods made from the Earth. Before

you have your next meal, ask yourself, “Is this grown from the ground?” “From a plant or tree?” If the answer is YES, your body will know exactly how to digest and absorb all of its wonderful nutrients, leaving you feeling and looking vibrant and energized.

A whole-food, plant-based regime will not only help you feel fantastic, but will lower your risk for injury, illness, and disease.

Madison is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/LDN), who believes health is multifaceted and dynamic. Health involves the mind, the body and the spirit. Her diverse knowledge within the field of health and wellness favors a holistic approach to achieve optimal health.

She enjoys educating on topics related to consuming natural, sustainable, life-filled nutrition sources, to flourish the human body systems. Madison teaches CONNECTION - connection to self and connection to food, formed by  understanding their function and healing properties within the human body.
