Move to the beat during this 60 minute vinyasa yoga flow within the beautifully designed, Luxury Revolution Studios, owned by the incredible, Somer Hadley. 

At the end of class enjoy a concise, interactive discussion on WHY mindful movement is so important, how to get out of a rut when feeling uninspired to exercise, which exercises are best for YOUR  age group and the ins and outs of yoga, exercise, strength, muscle mass and vitality!
