Madison began practicing yoga with her beautiful mother in the early 2000s. She had no particular draw towards yoga. In fact, during this time she was a Division I Athlete, inspired by intensity and hard work… Yoga did not fit this description. She found herself staring at the clock, fervently awaiting the conclusion of class.

Only a few classes later Madison experienced a drastic shift in perspective. Namaste… the class ended and she opened her eyes. Everything around her felt softer. A sense of ease washed over her; it lasted for sometime after the class. Her body felt strong but relaxed, her mind felt open and clear. Curious, she continued to practice yoga and to her great surprise this sensation expanded!

Madison’s body eventually craved yoga. She would notice intense stiffness if she did not practice every single day. She felt immediate relief and liberation after practicing. Later she realized her mind loved it too! During yoga, her primary focus is on deep nasal breathing. Resembling meditation, with a simple focus, keeping her fully present.

In 2016, Madison’s sister surprised her by creating a Go Fund Me account to support her attendance to Yoga Teacher Training.

This experience changed her life forever. She never thought she would be confident enough lead a class. But she felt like she had to share this gift she had been given! She wanted everyone to experience eternal bliss and ecstasy through yoga. She began teaching immediately after receiving her certification and is grateful to still be teaching today!

Madison has led yoga classes in cities across the state of Florida: Orlando, Lake Mary, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach and Jacksonville Beach. She has also led classes in Nassau, Bahamas, New York City and Durham, North Carolina. She hopes to continue teaching as long as her body will let her. She

hopes you will join her soon on this quest for pure JOY through yoga!

Madison’s favorite class to teach is Vinyasa Flow. This sequence heats your body from the inside out, improving your strength, muscle endurance and balance. Vinyasa is a series of fluid movements, paired with breath. You will leave class feeling accomplished, inspired and connected! All levels are welcome. However, beginners may prefer attending a Fundamentals Class prior to attending a Vinyasa Flow Class.
