Back Pain?

Here are some stretches and yoga poses to help relieve back pain. Search these poses on Youtube to see the proper form and execution. Enjoy!

Back Pain Stretches 

Forward fold 

Pyramid each leg 

Cat & Cow 

Table top twist, each side 

Child's pose to up dog x 5 

Seated straddle, with side body stretch 

Lay down on your back 

Bring your knees to belly 

Release left leg, hug right knee into belly, then spinal twist

Switch legs and twist 

Strap foot with straight leg to stretch hamstring, the opposite leg is bend with your foot on the floor 

Hold for 5 breaths, then switch to the other leg 

Move to a wall or couch

Inversion using wall/ couch
